Anonym / Friday, February 8, 2013 / Categories: 2013 LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to Chapter 101.5612, Florida Statutes, testing of the tabulating equipment to be used for the Tuesday, March 12, 2013, Uniform Municipal Elections will be held on Friday, February 22, at 3:00 p.m. at the Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections Service Center, 7835 Central Industrial Drive, Riviera Beach, Florida. In accordance with the Sunshine Law of Florida, this meeting will be open to the public. NOTE: Persons are advised that if they wish to appeal any decision made at this meeting will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based, per Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), if any person with a disability, as defined by the ADA, needs special accommodation to participate in these meetings, then not later than two business days prior to the pertinent meeting or meetings, he or she should contact the Supervisor of Elections at (561) 656-6200.
