Anonym / Monday, June 6, 2011 / Categories: 2011 LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to Chapter 101.5612, Florida Statutes, the testing of the tabulating equipment to be used for the Tuesday, June 28, 2011, Special Municipal Elections for the Town of Lake Park and the City of Lake Worth, will be held on Friday, June 17, at 10:00 a.m. at the Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections Tabulation Center, 7835 Central Industrial Drive, Riviera Beach, FL. In accordance with the Sunshine Law of Florida, this meeting will be open to the public. NOTE: Persons are advised that if they wish to appeal any decision made at this meeting will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based, per Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes.
