Anonym / Thursday, October 30, 2008 / Categories: 2008 Palm Beach County Canvassing Board Continues Review of Absentee Ballots West Palm Beach, Fla. - October 30, 2008 -The Palm Beach County Canvassing Board reconvened this morning at 10:00 am to continue reviewing Absentee Ballots for the November 4th General Election. The Board reviewed a total of 410 Absentee Ballots today, all of which contained questions regarding voter signatures. Of the ballots reviewed, 330 ballots were accepted while 80 ballots were rejected. The Board will reconvene tomorrow at 8:30 a.m. at the Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections Tabulation Center. In addition to reviewing Absentee Ballots with signature issues, the Canvassing Board will begin reviewing ballots with voter intent issues as well. This process will continue through the General Election on Tuesday or until all Absentee Ballots have been reviewed.
