PUBLIC NOTICE OF BALLOT PROCESSING AND CANVASSING FOR RUNOFF ELECTIONS
2021 MUNICIPAL RUNOFF ELECTIONS

At the direction of the municipal canvassing boards for the Town of Juno Beach and the City of Lake Worth Beach, the Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections staff will begin processing vote-by-mail ballots, including a public viewing of ballots at 8:30 am, followed by opening, duplication, and tabulation beginning at 9:00 am, on Monday, March 22, 2021. Processing will continue until completion.
Processing will resume on Tuesday, March 23, 2021, with a public viewing at 3:30 pm, followed by opening, duplication, and tabulation at 4:00 pm. Processing will continue until completion.
The municipal Canvassing Boards will meet on March 23, 2021 at 6:00 pm to review vote-by-mail ballots and envelopes, and will continue with Election Day ballots after 7:00 pm. Processing and canvassing will continue until completion.
The municipal canvassing boards will meet at 4:30 pm on Thursday, March 25, 2021, to canvass any outstanding ballots, to certify the election results after the 5:00 pm Signature Cure deadline, and to choose the races and precincts to audit.
At the direction of the municipal canvassing boards for the Town of Juno Beach and the City of Lake Worth Beach, the Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections staff will conduct an audit of the March 23, 2021 Runoff Elections on March 31, 2021.
All activities will occur at the Supervisor of Elections Voting Equipment Service Center located at 7835 Central Industrial Drive, Riviera Beach, FL 33404, and are open to the public.
This notice is provided pursuant to F.S. 101.5612, 101.591, 102.141, 102.166, Rule 1S-2.031, Fla. Admin. Code., and applicable Municipal Charters.

Bajo la dirección de las juntas de escrutinio municipales de la Ciudad de Juno Beach y la Ciudad de Lake Worth Beach, el personal del Supervisor de Elecciones del Condado de Palm Beach comenzará a procesar las boletas de votación por correo, incluida una vista pública de las boletas a las 8: 30 am, seguido de apertura, duplicación y tabulación a partir de las 9:00 am, el lunes 22 de marzo de 2021. Las juntas municipales de escrutinio se reunirán a las 4:30 pm el jueves 25 de marzo de 2021 para escrutar las boletas pendientes, certificar los resultados de las elecciones después de la Fecha Límite de Cura de Firma de las 5:00 pm y elegir las contiendas y precintos a auditar.
Bajo la dirección de las juntas de escrutinio municipales de la ciudad de Juno Beach y la ciudad de Lake Worth Beach, el personal del supervisor de elecciones del condado de Palm Beach llevará a cabo una auditoría de las elecciones de desempate del 23 de marzo de 2021 el 31 de marzo de 2021.
